On March 27, 2025, the ReadyOn facility welcomed an important customer, a member of the oldest company in Israel in the field of welding, cutting and heat treatment, to inspect the ReadyOn collaborative robot welding project. In a technical seminar that lasted an entire afternoon, the two sides reached a number of consensuses on topics such as multi-process integration and localized upgrades.

In the product display area of the ReadyOn facility, ReadyOn technical engineers demonstrated the three core processes of collaborative robots and tube-to-sheet welding on site:

1. Efficient two-protection welding: equipped with 0.8mm copper-plated solid welding wire, 12m/min high-speed welding is achieved on 6mm carbon steel plates

2. Precision laser welding: using blue laser (450nm wavelength), the weld width control accuracy reaches ±0.1mm

The customer representative personally operated the collaborative robot and completed the complex space trajectory welding test under simulated working conditions. "The human-machine collaboration sensitivity is very high," the customer said after completing the operation, and at the same time, the customer made optimization suggestions for product adjustment and upgrade. The ReadyOn technical team promised on site that it would complete the design of product optimization and upgrade solutions in the subsequent production process.

During the communication session, ReadyOn technicians responded on the spot and added a Hebrew operating interface for the collaborative robot to improve the localization adaptation level.

At the end of the inspection, the two sides took a group photo at the gate area of the ReadyOn facility. ReadyOn hopes that through this field visit by Israeli customers, the two sides will jointly explore the innovative future of intelligent welding technology.
